  • Identification of sellers: photocopies of the Citizen Card or Certificate of Business Registration of the company (if the owner is a company); 
  • Permanent Land Registry Certificate: issued by the Land Registry Office of the area where the property is located;  
  • Land Registry: issued by the Tax Office of the area where the property is located;  
  • Use License: issued by the City Council the License of Use License, also called Habitability License and the License of Construction License if it is still under construction;     
  • Deed: photocopy of the previous deed issued by the Notarial Office where the deed was made; 
  • Property Plan: including collections, garages or attachments and Location Plan, issued by the company that built or City Council; 
  • Energy Certificate: issued by a Qualified Expert in their order for Energy Certification and Indoor Air Quality of Buildings.  
  • Housing Technical Form: is mandatory for properties after March 2004 and is prepared by the Real Estate Developer.
